Driveraa - 365 Mobile App has an option called “Help Needed” help drivers to
send help instant message and email notification to TMS and Dispatch team so they
can call him right away and help.
There is a comment box through which he can type some message or if the driver
simply hits the ‘send message’ button without any message even then dispatch will
get notified and call the driver as soon as possible.
