This option allows the driver to receive the text message sent from TMS by
dispatcher or management team. When the Driver replies from here it will send a
reply back to TMS under the specific load number record “LNR”.
It’s an instant message service between driver and dispatcher and it’s directly sent to the
dispatchers system,
If the dispatcher wants to convey an important message it will be sent through text and also
an automated voice will read it in the driver's device automatically.
